I. Managing Your Vehicle Fleet

In order to match client vehicle requests to you, we must know what vehicles you have available in your fleet. We suggest adding all vehicles that your business owns to your vehicle fleet list with us, to allow us to match client requests and for easy assignment when a trip is offered to you.

The form will ask you for the following information, all fields are required:

Vehicle Type: Select the corresponding Vehicle Type. Below is an example list of each vehicle type.

Middle Row Seat (SUV Only): Select the configuration of the middle row of seats in your SUV (Captains Chairs or Bench Seating). This helps us match client requests with your vehicle and determine passenger count.

Once all fields have been completed, select “Create” and the vehicle will be added to your fleet.

2. Insurance for Vehicles

Any new vehicle that is added must be reflected as covered by the automobile insurance policy that Savoya is listed on the COI and as Additionally Insured. If the vehicle added is new to the fleet, ensure that you send an updated COI to savoya@certrax.net with the vehicle listed on the policy.

3. Modifying or Deleting a Vehicle

Once a vehicle has been added, there is no modifications allowed. If any details were entered incorrectly, delete the vehicle by selecting the red “Delete” button and then proceed to re-enter the correct vehicle information.

If a vehicle is no longer in your fleet or if you would not like to have it available for Savoya trips, select the red “Delete” button next to the vehicle to remove it from your fleet list.

II. Managing Driver Profiles

1. Creating a New Driver Profile

To create a new driver profile, press the menu icon in the top right hand corner and select the ‘Drivers’ option. Before creating the driver, look through the list provided to ensure that the driver has not already been created, any matching phone number or email address will prompt an error when trying to create the profile.

If a profile does not exist for the driver, press the “+ Driver” button, located in the top left hand corner.

Proceed to add the driver’s First Name, Last Name, Email address, Phone Number, and a Professional Photo of the driver. Once this information has been entered, press “Create.” This will create the driver and allow them to be assigned to an upcoming reservation.

Savoya Operations and Travelers will only reach out to drivers directly in relation to an active, ongoing trip. A driver’s direct phone number is required so that our team or traveler can contact their driver.

The driver’s email address that is entered will be the email address a driver will use to login to the Savoya EXP Driver App to execute the trip. Upon creating the driver profile, the driver will receive an email to confirm and set a password for their driver account.

Any change to the email address in the driver profile, will result in a change of the email address that the driver will use to log in to the Savoya EXP Driver App when executing a trip.

Searching for Transfer Rates

In order to help find transfer rates that you have entered, we have provided a search field to assist. You can use one or multiple of the search field inputs. For example, if you wanted to see all “SUV” transfer rates, you can use the “Vehicle Type” drop down, select “SUV” and press “Search”.

Or, if you wanted to look up just transfers from a specific airport, you would press the check box with the airplane (to look up airports) and type in the desired Airport (for example “LGA”). When completed properly, you should see a green checkbox in the Airport (or City) field. Then hit search to return your results.

Finally, you can use all three search fields to search and target a specific rate. For example, if you wanted to search just the SUV rate on file from “LGA” to “New York City, NY.”
