Chief Operating Officer

As Savoya’s longest tenured employee next to Mr. Dobrient, Ms. Gleason knows the nuances of our company better than anyone. In her nearly 15 years with Savoya, she has held practically every role and has been instrumental in shaping our processes, internal teams, service platforms and client and vendor relationships. Today, Ms. Gleason is one of the thought leaders in the ground transportation industry.

Ms. Gleason began her Savoya journey as a frontline employee on our logistics team. From there she helped build the company’s Event Management capabilities, rolled out a formal vendor relations process as leader of our Fleet Management Team and spearheaded the transformation of our technology infrastructure and capabilities. Under her watch, the company doubled the number of markets served, established strict service and safety standards, built an internal development team and launched the state-of-the-art Savoya CORE platform.

Since 2014, with Ms. Gleason leading Savoya’s operations and client care teams, performance improvement initiatives have consistently driven our service deviation rate to less than 0.5%.
