Savoya Launches Designated Client Care Teams

Long known for its legendary customer service, Savoya breaks new ground today with the announcement of designated Client Care Teams at its Client Care Command Center (C4). A direct outcome of the technology enhancements that began rolling out in February 2016, Savoya’s new designated Client Care Teams will help maintain the intimate service experience of a small company despite Savoya’s continued growth.

In our quest to provide the highest service levels in the industry, the new designated Client Care Teams will enable an even more personalized, consultative service experience for our clients. With a limited number of professionals managing the reservations of each account, the teams will allow for the development of deeper client relationships and elevated service levels as the people most familiar with a given reservation will be better able to see it through to completion. The team structure also establishes a new Customer Care Manager role, to act as a primary point of contact and client advocate within Savoya.  Lastly, the new structure allows for a clear escalation path for any issues that may arise through direct client access to Team Directors and Customer Care Managers.

By leveraging a scoped workflow to assign incoming tasks to specific individuals, the Savoya CORE platform can, for example, ensure that a Savoya Travel Coordinator intercepting a booking inquiry can subsequently be tasked with up to 27 quality assurance touchpoints to ensure the success of that reservation.  As each team is made up of 3-5 squads each led by a Senior Travel Coordinator, the structure provides ample coverage and support for each member during the teams’ extended business hours. Coupled with the same round-the-clock support Savoya has always provided through the C4, clients can rest assured that time-sensitive and after-hours needs will be addressed quickly and effectively.
