LGA – LaGuardia Airport: Change in Terminal B Vehicle Pick-Up Procedure

January 27, 2017

Please be advised that due to traffic congestion caused by ongoing construction at LaGuardia Airport, travelers are advised to plan extra time and request a greeter for assistance when departing from the airport’s Terminal B.

All scheduled vehicle, black car, and app-based ride pick-ups between the hours of 6:00 am and 10:00 pm have been moved from Terminal B to a centralized car service pick-up lot located west of Terminal B.  This lot is accessible by taking the free Green Route Shuttle Bus.  The Green Route Shuttle Bus departs Terminal B from Passenger Pickup Area 11B on the arrivals level and typically takes about 10 minutes.  Signs are posted at the airport exits to assist travelers in finding the bus.

Because it takes some time to locate the Green Route Shuttle Bus and may require transporting luggage, Savoya recommends requesting a greeter to expedite and assist travelers in meeting the bus. Please note that while greeters can direct travelers to and load luggage onto the shuttle bus, they are not permitted by the airport to ride on the bus to the car service pick-up lot.

After 10:00 pm, car service pick-ups return to the Terminal B departures level. Other LaGuardia Terminal arrivals have not been affected by this pick-up area change.
